Kent apartments sell for $51.6M

Kidder Mathews arranged the $51.57 million sale of the Mosaic Hills Apartments in Kent.
The seller was 10811 SE 239th Place LLC and the buyer was MG Mosaic Hills Apartments LLC. Both are registered in Delaware.
Kidder Mathews' Philip Assouad and Giovanni Napoli closed the deal, recorded Tuesday in King County records.
Located at 10811 S.E. 239th St., the 19-acre apartment complex was built in 1980-81. It has 31 buildings, 366 units and surface parking. The site is two miles east of the SR-167 Park & Ride and close to downtown Kent.
