Quadrant I-5 Corporate Park Bldg A Trades Hands

Washington Capital Management, Inc. sold the office building at 728 134th St. SW in Everett, WA to Shelby Company for $14.2 million, or about $253 per square foot.

Built in 1998, the 74,974-square-foot Bldg. A is within the Quadrant I-5 Corporate Park. The building was 89 percent leased at the time of sale. Tenants include Gentiva Health Services, Radia Medical Imaging and others.

Todd Battison and Matt Hagen of Kidder Mathews represented the seller. Battison, along with Andy Miller and Matt Wood, also with Kidder Mathews, represented the buyer.
