Lee & Associates, the fourth largest full-service commercial real estate organization in the country, has negotiated a lease for 5,525 square feet of office space on behalf of the American Red Cross of Northern Nevada Headquarters. The new location is at 4750 Longley Lane, Suite 101 in Reno announced Lyle Chamberlain, Principal of Lee & Associates.
"Many people are very familiar with the critical roll the Red Cross plays in times of crisis," said Chamberlain in a press release. "I believe Northern Nevadans will be happy to know the Red Cross is expanding both its facility and its ability to respond to the needs of our growing region."
"The American Red Cross of Northern Nevada offers a wide variety of training courses for our local communities," said Zanny Marsh, Executive Director of the American Red Cross of Northern Nevada in a press release. "Not only are we emergency responders, but we help residents take a proactive role in advancing their skills in first aid, CPR, life guarding, swimming, babysitting and care giving."
Lyle Chamberlain, Lee & Associates, represented the American Red Cross of Northern Nevada and Steve Kucera, Kidder Mathews, represented the landlord.
