Dermody to start warehouse in Fife

SEATTLE - Dermody Properties says it will start construction soon on a 225,972-square-foot industrial building at 7402 26th St. E. in Fife.
LogistiCenter at 167 will sit on 11.51 acres and have a 32-foot clear height. Parking will be provided for 162 cars.
Poe Construction of Auburn expects to finish construction in September. Craft Architects of Seattle is the designer.
Dermody is both the owner and developer. Vanessa Herzog, Patricia Loveall and Kraig Heeter of Kidder Mathews are in charge of leasing.
Dermody is an industrial real estate owner-operator headquartered in Reno, Nevada, with a local office in Bellevue.
