Kidder Mathews Selected to Lease CH2M Center

Goldman, Sachs & Co. has selected Kidder Mathews in Portland, OR to oversee the leasing of CH2M Center, its 10-story, 225,261-square-foot office building at 2020 SW 4th Ave. in Portland, OR.
Josh Schweitz and Travis Parrott will handle the leasing assignment for Kidder Mathews.
The building is currently 70 percent leased with space available on several lower floors. Constructed in 1982 and awarded LEED Gold certification in 2014, the building is located on the southern edge of downtown Portland's CBD and adjacent to Portland State University. Major renovations of the entrances, elevator lobbies and atrium were completed in the fall of 2014. Amenities include an open atrium, two-plus levels of underground parking, abundant bicycle parking, shower and locker facilities, card-key access, tenant storage, deli and sundry store and 24/7 roving security.
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank handled leasing at the tower until mid-2015 when Goldman Sachs acquired the asset from ScanlanKemperBard Cos and Wayzata Capital Partners for $55 million, according to CoStar data.
