Swift Gateway Sold for $18.3M

Walton Street Capital Divests 64,000-SF Bellevue Bldg

Swift Real Estate Partners acquired the Gateway II office building at 915 118th Ave. SE in Bellevue, WA from Walton Street Capital for $18.28 million, or about $284 per square foot.

The 64,373-square-foot building delivered in 1988 at in King County. The asset was 50 percent vacant at the time of sale.

Joe Lynch, Bob Conrad and Daniel Harden of Kidder Mathews represented the buyer in the off-market sale. The buyer was represented by Eastdil Secured LLC.
