ROSEVILLE, CA - With good proximity to the booming Bay Area and its locations in San Francisco, Redwood City, CA, and San Jose, Kidder Mathews has chosen Roseville as the location for its newest office. The firm has hired 10 brokers plus marketing support staff who are all experienced professionals with extensive experience in the Sacramento marketplace. The firm will open its 12th West Coast location at 2237 Douglas Blvd. to serve the greater Sacramento area.

We will have a lot of collaboration with our three established Bay Area offices."
Kidder Mathews is an independently owned commercial real estate firm with other locations in the West, including Washington, Oregon and Arizona. As part of the firm's strategic growth plan, the firm has opened offices in San Diego, Phoenix and Sacramento this year, with additional plans to open in Orange County within the coming months and the East Bay within the next 12 to 24 months.
The new hires include Kevin Sheehan, managing partner, office specialist; Tom Bacci, senior vice president, office specialist; Tyler Boyd, associate vice president, office specialist; Sean Gallinger, associate vice president, industrial specialist; Bob Keady, vice president, industrial specialist; Mark Levin, vice president, industrial specialist; Bob Pechal, vice president, investment specialist; Stephen Tyrrell, CCIM, senior vice president, investment specialist; Jon Walker, senior vice president, office specialist; and Lillian Westley, industrial specialist. Many of these professionals have far-reaching previous experience with national firms and considerable experience in the Sacramento commercial market.
