San Francisco-based MacFarlane Partners paid $11.72 million for a site at 901 Harrison St. in South Lake Union where it plans to build an 25-story, 290-unit apartment building.
The seller was Sinclair Holdings, an LLC managed by James Sinclair of Mill Creek and Collene Lynch of Edmonds. Jim Klinger and Ross Klinger of Kidder Mathews represented the sellers.
MacFarlane Partners paid $543 per square foot for the land.
Ankrom Moisan Architects is designing the building.
MacFarlane representatives told the DJC in October the company wants to start construction late this year, and finish in 20 to 25 months.
