Prologis Acquires 32,000 SF in Southcenter Park
Prologis purchased the industrial building at 6700 S. Glacier St. in Tukwila, WA for $3.35 million, or about $104 per square foot, from Print Management.
Built in 1978, the 32,256-square-foot warehouse sits on 2.2 acres in the Kent Valley North Industrial submarket of King County, part of the Southcenter South Industrial Park. It features 20% office build-out, four loading docks, 24-foot clear heights, rail adjacency, and building signage.
The seller occupied the entire property prior to the sale, and has leased back the building from the new owner.
Michael Catt of Kidder Mathews represented the seller. Matt Wood and Evan Lugar, also with Kidder Mathews, represented the buyer.
