Dermody Properties has purchased six acres at Northeast 60th Avenue in Vancouver for development of a 98,400-square-foot industrial facility known as LogistiCenter 205, the company said Monday.
The Reno, Nev.-based company said the facility will provide access to the Interstate 205 corridor and will allow industrial distributors to reach the Northwestern U.S. market quickly and efficiently.
Dermody bought the site from a private seller. Tony Reser, Tom Talbot and Scott Murphy of Kidder Mathews, Portland will market the property to prospective tenants. Mackenzie will serve as the architect for the project, and Perlo Construction of Portland will build the facility.
