Car dealership buys $11.6M site in Wilsonville

A large, multi-brand car dealership is set to open in Wilsonville.

Henderson, Nevada-based Findlay Family Properties has purchased a 177,288-square-foot site in Wilsonville for $11.6 million.

The site, at 25600 S.W. Parkway Center Drive will undergo major renovations before the expected opening date in October. It is adjacent to Argyle Square, a 30-acre retail development that includes stores such as Costco and Target and is easily accessible from Interstate 5. One of the brands that will move into the site will be a Chrysler dealership that sold its former Town and Country Jeep Dodge premises at 27490 S.W. 95th Ave. to World of Speed, which plans to create a car museum on the site.

Alex Martinac represented the buyer and Steven Klein, Peter Stalick and Zach Francis of Kidder Mathews represented the seller, Weston Investment Co..
